Pen Carmel Footpath - Update

The Council thanks everyone who recently  corresponded in regards to Pen Carmel Footpath. Following the Community Council meeting held on 17 January 2022 it was decided that all those in support of registering the footpath should complete a Gwynedd Council Statement of Evidence to Support the Application form. The form should be completed by 31 March 2022 at the latest  and sent to gwybodaeth@cyngorcymunedllandwrog.cymru. It is also available on Gwynedd Council’s website Microsoft Word - User_Evidence_Form.doc (llyw.cymru)

The Community Council will not give any consideration regarding an application to Gwynedd Council to register the footpath before 31 March, 2022. 

For your information, Gwynedd Council’s process of registering footpaths includes the receiving of formal responses from objectors.
