Council Cemetery Regulations
The Council, which is a Burial Authority, is responsible for Carmel, Bryn'rodyn (Y Groeslon) and Llandwrog cemeteries. Funeral directors, other contractors and visitors are expected to observe the rules at all times.

Notice of Interment Form
Form for undertakers only. This form must be completed and returned to the Council Manager before the re-opening of a grave or the opening of a new grave.


Indemnity Form
Form to be completed by holders of grave for the re -opening of a grave. The form must be completed and returned to the Council Manager, by the undertaker, before re-opening any graves together with the Notice of Interment.


Exclusive Rights of Burial Form

Form to be completed by the holder of a new grave only. The form must be completed and returned to the Council Manager, by the undertaker, before a new grave is opened together with the Notice of Internment. The Council Manager will send the grave holder the Certificate of Entitlement (75 years) soon after the burial.


Compliance Form
Form to be completed by undertakers and contractors only. The form must be completed and returned to the Council Manager before commencing any work in our cemeteries.


Certificate of New Plot (75 years)
Copy of the certificate that will be issued by the Council soon after the burial to the holder of the grave
