between the hours of 4pm and 8pm Monday to Friday commencing on 5 October 2026 and ending on 19 October 2026 excluding public holidays), when any local government elector may make copies of the annual return.

3. Copies are provided to any local government voter if a payment of £1.00 is made for each copy of the annual form
